Gritte is sweetness personified. She loves music and wants to be a drummer in an all-girl indiepop band someday. I gave her a makeover in February 2007: haircut, new makeup, new eyechips, and gave her the signature Skate Date blushy cheeks again. I think I'm finally happy with the way she looks now.

Cassady was originally a Hollywood Blythe from amazon.com and is my very first full-custom Blythe doll. Customization work done: full head saran reroot, EBL body, stock eye chips changed to P-chips, face sand-matted, brand new makeup applied (eye shadow and lip repaint). She loves reading, especially Beat literature and Science Fiction.

Paige was originally a Cherry Berry with a fringe, and I customized her to look like a Goldie. She's had a boil perm, Licca body transplant, her eyes replaced, face sand-matted, and makeup re-done with pastels (eye shadow) and acrylic (lip repaint). She loves bright colors, all things vintage, and browsing thrift stores and flea markets.

Dru came to California from Boston, so she's quite puzzled at how mild the weather is here year-round. She is super sweet and hangs out with Emma the most. Dru loves vintage style clothing, frolicking in the backyard, being helpful, and she is obsessed with taking inventory of my vintage Pyrex glassware collection ;)

Ellery is named after one of my favorite places to visit: Ellery Lake in the Easttern Sierra Mountains of California. Her blue hair reminded me of the beauty of the lake, where I go with my family almost every Autumn season. She originally came from England and she's very close to Cassady and Zola.

Gibson is named after William Gibson the writer of Neuromancer. I've always liked the name, and when Tailor Gibson blythe came along I just knew I had to name her that! She is so sweet with her pretty eye chips and freckles! Gibson enjoys quiet time in her craft room and reading all sorts of craft books!
